How My Life Coaching Sessions Work

Your coaching journey with me is all about you — your goals, your growth, and creating lasting change that feels right for your life. Here’s how we’ll get started together:

1. Register Your Interest
Simply reach out via email or the link below to let me know you’d like to begin your coaching journey.

2. Welcome Questionnaire
I’ll send you a short, friendly questionnaire to help me understand where you are right now, what matters most to you, and what you’d love to achieve through our sessions.

3. Your Personalised Workbook & Agreement
Once you return your completed questionnaire, I’ll create a personalised reflective workbook just for you — designed to support your growth between our sessions. You’ll also receive a confidentiality agreement that ensures a safe, supportive space where you can share openly and honestly.

4. Our First Session
After everything is signed and ready, we’ll arrange your first online session — a time just for you, to begin exploring your journey and setting your intentions for the weeks ahead.

5. Ongoing Feedback & Growth
After each session, you’ll receive a feedback form to reflect on your experience and guide the focus of your next meeting. Together, we’ll celebrate your progress, explore your insights, and adjust your path as you grow.
